Starting as a home-based production in 1990 under the name Joze Kitchen, it has now grown into Joze Food under PT Pangan Sukses Terbaik Indonesia (PASTI), which operates a Central Kitchen in Bogor to distribute products throughout Jabodetabek. The company has built professional-standard facilities and obtained Halal certification to produce high-quality, delicious, and safe products for consumption.
